Dementia Care
Our dementia care is designed to support residents living with memory loss in a safe, structured and understanding environment. We focus on familiarity, routine and meaningful engagement to help residents feel secure and confident.
Delivered by trained and experienced staff, our approach is always person-centred, recognising that every individual’s experience of dementia is unique.
Palliative Care
Palliative care at Glencairn House focuses on comfort, dignity and quality of life. We provide compassionate support for residents with life-limiting conditions, ensuring physical, emotional and psychological needs are met.
Care is delivered in close partnership with healthcare professionals, while also offering support and reassurance to families during a difficult time.
Respite Care
Respite care offers short-term support for individuals who need temporary care, or for families and carers who require a break from caring responsibilities. Residents receive the same high standard of care and attention as our long-term residents.
Respite stays can also provide an opportunity to experience life at Glencairn House in a relaxed and supportive setting.
