Staffing levels at Glencairn are maintained according to residents' needs.
We are committed to staff training to enable us to deliver the highest possible standard of care for our residents.

• Staff are given the opportunity to achieve SCOTVEC qualifications.
• In house training is ongoing.

Staff endeavour to create a relaxed, homely environment and to respect residents' privacy and dignity. Medical needs are referred to the resident's general practitioner, and nursing needs, if required, are undertaken by members of the Community Nursing Service of Tayside NHS Board.

All care homes are registered with the Care Commission and are subject to regular inspections by their officers.
